SUBSCRIBE FOR 1 YEAR & PAY HALF THE FEE!

1.  SUBSCRIPTION to the 'BV JACKPOT' System and/or 'SPORTING DANDY', which shall be for adults only, is a privilege and not a right. Football Pools Xtra ("the Company") therefore reserves the right to reject any application, without disclosing the reasons.

2. A SUBSCRIBER shall provide true and accurate personal and contact information, as required on the Registration Form.

3. A SUBSCRIBER shall, as a matter of urgency, immediately inform the Company if any change, except his/her age, occurs in the personal or contact information supplied by the him/her.

4. ALL subscriptions shall be renewed at least one (1) weekend before the expiration of the current one. All subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. THE Company shall endeavour to send out the BV JACKPOT System weekly forecasts and/or SPORTING DANDY on schedule, but consideration shall be given to the possibility of delays or outright cancellation caused by inadequate football data for a reliable forecasting procedure or unforeseen circumstances such as a computer hard disk crash, an act of God, natural disasters, electricity power outage or ISP server problems. In such a situation, the Company, at its discretion, shall 'make good' the omission i.e. add extra week(s) to the affected subscription.

6. THE Company shall not be held liable for any wrong pools entry personally made by a subscriber, or late or non-arrival of the BV JACKPOT forecasts and/or SPORTING DANDY, due to an incorrect contact information supplied by the subscriber.

7. DESPITE every effort to ensure total accuracy, we do not accept responsibility for the contents of adverts placed on the Football Pools Xtra website and/or our SPORTING DANDY e-paper, by third parties, or any errors or omissions in respect of information provided by us on our website and/or publications.

8. THE different Pools firms' operational Terms & Conditions shall apply  to all entries made on such firms' individual coupons.

9. ANY direct transaction between a subscriber and any Football Pools firm shall be the sole responsibility of such subscriber. Football Pools Xtra shall not be held liable for any wrong-doing by either party.

10. THE BV JACKPOT System is, and shall remain, secret, and a sole and exclusive copyright and property of the Company.

11. IT is naturally impossible for the Company to guarantee Football Pools winnings and all transactions between the Company and its subscribers shall be on mutual trust, in good faith, and shall be binding in honour only.
